Shipping costs vary based on your location and the total weight of your order, and will be calculated for you at checkout.

Standard international delivery is estimated between 6–10 working days, with fastest delivery to metro areas of major cities. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, and we recommend checking with them before placing your order.

I PURCHASED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL THEY BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

DELIVERY TERMS

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the event of damaged, faulty or incorrect products being despatched, we are happy for you to return the goods to us. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product to ensure we can help you.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on change of mind purchases.

Subscription orders placed are non-refundable and non-returnable. By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically for each recurring order unless cancelled before the next billing date.

We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns on subscription renewals that are not cancelled in time. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to the next charge.
