Refund policy
In the event of damaged, faulty or incorrect products being despatched, we are happy for you to return the goods to us. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product to ensure we can help you.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on change of mind purchases.
Subscription orders placed are non-refundable and non-returnable. By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically for each recurring order unless cancelled before the next billing date.
We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns on subscription renewals that are not cancelled in time. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to the next charge.
